Month 3: Social Proof + Scaling

By Month 3, you should already have your first few clients closed. Now, the goal is to turn those wins into fuel for growth and start building a moat around your offer.

  • Turn Clients Into Proof
    → Your #1 priority is creating happy clients. Overdeliver, make them win, and then capture their success.
    → Collect testimonials (video > text), case studies, and screenshots of results.
    → These assets become the backbone of your marketing, they sell for you.

  • Launch Referrals
    → Encourage satisfied clients to send referrals. Even 1–2 strong referrals can snowball your pipeline without extra spend.
    → Pair referrals with an incentive (discount, free month, bonus call) to make it natural.

  • Introduce Your Unique System / Offer
    → At this stage, you need a signature framework that makes you stand out.
