   • They make a brand new LinkedIn account on their real device.

   • Upload your supplied profile pic, background, description, job title, featured posts, education, and city.

   • Do NOT change the default name. Name = verified ID. You mess with this, you lose the account to LinkedIn AI.

   • You now control their login (change pass, setup 2FA, done).
